There will be a Baptismal and Membership Transfer Service on 20th May. Brothers and sister who have confirmed their faith in Jesus are welcome to enrol and become a candidate. All baptism candidates are required to attend 5 preparation sessions starting at the end of February. All potential transferal members are also required to attend the last session. A Bible Camp will be held on 8th-10th Dec (Friday evening – Sunday noon) with the theme “Varicoloured Clothes, Prison Clothes, Fine Linen Clothes – The Dreamy Life of Joseph” (Gen. ch. 37-50). Detail as below:

In Depth Bible Reading – The Book of Numbers: Who stole the 40 years? (Part 2) The period of the Israelite drifting in the wilderness for 40 years is an indelible part of their history. Who took away these 40 years? This course aims to help all believers when experiencing a journey of faith struggle, as well as when on a road to growth in the wilderness of their Christian life. Date: 24th Sept – 3rd Dec (8 lessons. No class on 29th Oct, 12th & 26th Nov). Time: 3:30 - 5:30pm. Speaker: Pastor Kam Tong Lee (with English interpretation) (14/09/17)

A mums and babies group takes place every Tuesday in the church house from 10-11:30am. This will be a chance for parents to gather together with their children in a relaxing and comfortable environment. It is free-of-charge and open for all! (04/06/17)

Family Retreat -- Seeking God in Family Life. The day will consist of time to study God's Word, discuss Biblical/practical matters together, sing and pray together as a family as well as children enjoying their own activities and taking the chance to visit North Berwick. Date: 8th April (Sat),. Time: 10am. Venue: St Baldred's Church, 2 Dirleton Ave, North Berwick EH39 4AY. Cost: £5 per person or £10 for the whole family. There will be a series of seminars on Biblical Principles for Managing Household Finance from 10th March to 12th March. The seminars will be given by Prof. Yinkann Wen, who has a PhD in Political Economy from Johns Hopkins University. Currently he is Honorary Professor at National Dong Hwa University in both the Department of Economics and the Department of Finance. He is also a board member for several Chinese Christian organizations in the U.S., including Ambassadors for Christ [AFC], Kingdom Resources for Christ [KRC], and By Streams of Water for Caring Single Parent Families [BSOW]).
